Natural Hair Product Review: Charite's Natural Treasures

It has only been a week and I have fell in love with Charite's Natural Treasures hair moisturizer. If I can't express enough how much I am in love with this product. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT. It not only works great it smells so yummy too.

Inspired by her grandmother of Haitian decent, Crystal Mabry created this product with curly hair in mind. It comes in a purple 8 oz. bottle filled with natural ingredients + fragrance oil. Some of its ingredients includes: aloe vera gel, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, apricot oil, and avocado oil, etc.

Because of its natural contents it is perfect to be used for children. I use it to coil my daughter's hair.

Our hair is so hard to retain moisture so I am usually packing on 20 different products - some of my Naturistas can relate. For my daughter's hair I normally using organic coconut oil. For over 2 years I have been trying to find the perfect moisturizer that not only moisturizes my hair but defines my curls. This product has been the best so far. It worked best for my twist outs, updos, and braided styles that you may have seen on my instagram. and added definition to my chunky twist out fohawk.

The thing that I love most about this product is that it isn't water based, so say goodbye to that major shrinkage. After I co-washed and treated my hair I applied the moisturizer and began to section my hair in squares using my fingers to part. I twisted each square and wrapped my hair in my silk bonnet. Once I untwisted my hair I was left with a chunky curly twist that I needed to separate which gave me this look after twisting up the back and the sides to form a fohawk.

I am used to seeing products between $10-$30 and not all of them work well. Good natural hair products are so hard to come by but once you have find the Perfect Match you will stay loyal. Charitie's Natural Treasures is right for you for the right price.

Before I un-boxed this product my hair was extremely dry. Thanks to Charite's Natural Treasures hair moisturizer my hair has never smelled so good and felt so soft.
