DIY Natural Laundry Detergent

I have seen so many post about this all natural detergent so I decided to take on this project myself. It was quite easy and mess free. This DIY is super easy and inexpensive. I purchased these key ingredients at my local Walmart but they can be found online as well.

Purchased Items:

Boxax -$3.97

Soap (Dove, Zote, or Fels-Naptha) -$0.99 (Walmart in-store price only)

Essential Oil (optional)

Cheese Grater

With these simple ingredients I was able to make a few batches of natural detergent which has lasted my household for a few months.

You may already own some of these items at home, but I did not want to mix it with my kitchen items.

Step-by-Step

1 box Borax

1 box Washing soda.

1- 2 grated bars of soap

20 drops of Essential oil (Optional for scent)

Mix all of these ingredients together and place in a jar for easy access. It is quick and easy clean-up. Once you do it you will never go back to regular detergent again.

Instructions for Use: KEEP OUT OF REACH FOR CHILDREN : Use 1-2 scoops of 1/4 cup/s of detergent in your laundry

This detergent will save you a lot of money and will leave your clothes smelling so fresh and so clean.
